1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zu888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://zu888.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered by zu888.

By accessing the zu888 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Registration and use of zu888 is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking legal capacity are not eligible.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You represent and warrant that your use of zu888 does not violate any law, regulation or order applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically advised that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling activities. zu888 cannot provide legal advice on this matter.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, emails or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
5. Not Self-Excluded: If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on zu888 or a connected platform, you must not register a new Account during any active exclusion period.
6. Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of zu888 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to register personal gaming accounts.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account on zu888, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested.

4.1 — Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Any material change in your personal details (address, contact information, payment methods) must be updated promptly by contacting support. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.

4.2 — KYC Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time deemed necessary by zu888 for compliance purposes, you may be required to submit identity and verification documents. These may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Source of funds documentation if required by applicable compliance obligations

zu888 will process KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify zu888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. zu888 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5. Permitted Use of the Platform

Access to zu888 is granted solely for the purpose of personal entertainment. You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Permitted uses include:

• Placing real-money bets on available sports markets (including cricket, football, UFC and other listed events) for personal entertainment purposes
• Playing available casino games including slots, live dealer games and table game variants
• Managing your Account balance — depositing, withdrawing and reviewing transaction history
• Contacting support for assistance with account-related queries

6. Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using payment methods available and approved by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts and processing timelines are as published in the Platform's payment information section and may change without prior notice.

6.1 — Payment Method Disclaimer

zu888 references familiar Pakistani payment channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual payment categories only. None of these providers endorse gambling, support this operator, or guarantee transaction processing for gambling-related deposits. Availability of any specific payment method is confirmed by the Platform's live payment options only.

6.2 — Deposit Conditions

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• zu888 does not accept deposits made with proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method as displayed at the point of deposit.
• PKR is the primary reference currency for Pakistani players. Currency conversion, where applicable, may involve exchange rate fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account promptly upon confirmed receipt; processing timelines vary by payment method and provider.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing timelines and available withdrawal methods are as published on the Platform and may change.
• Active Bonus Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable until rollover conditions are satisfied.
• zu888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Processing timelines vary by payment provider and are not guaranteed by zu888. Statements about typical processing times are illustrative and not contractual commitments.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

zu888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

8.1 — General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated for each promotion. For illustrative reference, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a Bonus Balance is active, a maximum per-bet limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering completion. Slots may contribute 100%, while certain table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the published validity window. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawable amount as published per promotion.
• Sticky vs Non-sticky: Where a non-sticky bonus applies, real money deposits are wagered first and the bonus is activated subsequently. Where a sticky bonus applies, the bonus remains in the Account but only winnings derived from it (above a stated threshold) may be withdrawn.

8.2 — Bonus Abuse

zu888 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, use of betting software or algorithms, coordinated multi-account exploitation and arbitrage strategies. Accounts identified as engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled and may face account restriction.

8.3 — No Obligation to Offer Promotions

zu888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Specific bonuses — including any illustrative "welcome bonus up to PKR 25,000" references on the Platform — are promotional illustrations subject to published terms and are not contractual guarantees.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on zu888 are subject to the Platform's applicable product-specific rules in force at the time of the bet. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming products:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules published for each specific market or game.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not possible except where explicitly provided for in product-specific rules.
• In the event of a palpable error — including but not limited to clear pricing mistakes, incorrect market lines or feed errors — zu888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the User's Real Money Balance.
• For live/in-play sports betting, bets are accepted based on the odds available at the precise moment of placement. Outcome results, including cricket match results for PSL, ICC T20 and international Test series, are settled based on official results confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• zu888 does not guarantee the accuracy or continuity of live score data, odds feeds or streaming services where provided. Service interruptions do not automatically void valid bets already placed and confirmed.
• All RNG-based games (slots, table games, virtual games) use certified random number generation. Published RTP information, where provided, is based on independent testing of the game software and is not a guarantee of individual session results.

10. Responsible Gambling

zu888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable players to manage their gaming activity. Gambling is intended solely as entertainment. It should never be viewed as a financial strategy, a method of debt recovery, or a reliable income source.

10.1 — Player Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You gamble voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
• You will not use gambling to address financial difficulties.
• You will not chase losses — the outcome of any prior wager has no bearing on future results.
• You will set personal limits and honour them.

10.2 — Available Responsible Gambling Tools

• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you may incur within a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot typically be reversed before expiry. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of time elapsed and activity during a session.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information
• Using another person's identity, payment method or Account
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or platform vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conduct any unlawful financial activity
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating or sports integrity violation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, where the User knows such access to be unlawful

12. Account Suspension & Closure

zu888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable product-specific rules
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation or unlawful activity
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements
• Extended Account inactivity as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy

Upon closure for breach, any Bonus Balance and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Balances will generally be returned to the original depositing payment method after applicable compliance checks, unless the funds are subject to freezing orders or suspected of being proceeds of unlawful activity.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• zu888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
• zu888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses sustained through gambling activity.
• zu888 shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, government actions or force majeure events.
• zu888 does not accept liability for the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios or data feed suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the zu888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, design elements, graphics, text, software code, game content and structural layouts — is owned by or licensed to zu888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from zu888.

15. Privacy & Data Processing

Your use of zu888 involves the collection and processing of personal data, including registration information, financial transaction records, KYC documents and platform activity logs. This data is processed in accordance with zu888's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Jurisdiction, Local Law & Legal Context

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates under its applicable operator licence. Users are advised to consult their own legal advisers regarding the governing law applicable to disputes arising under these Terms.

16.1 — Pakistan Legal Context

Pakistani users are specifically advised of the following:

• Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan depends on applicable legislation, jurisdiction, and how individual activities are classified by relevant authorities.

17. Amendments to These Terms

zu888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, zu888 will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address on file, a notification within the Platform interface, or both.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
